Hanzhong ‌ Compressor chilled oil inspection and replacement:

For the system manufacturer, the inspection and replacement cycle of compressor chilled oil is related to the process control of its production process。If the system of evaporator and condenser and system pipe cleanliness control is better, then

Relatively speaking, the pollutants entering the compressor are relatively small, and the detection and maintenance cycle can be relatively extended。

1.Main monitoring indicators:

 1) PH value index: the acidification of lubricating oil will directly affect the life of the compressor motor, so it should be regularly checked whether the acidity of lubricating oil is qualified。General lubricating oil acidity below PH6 should be replaced。

If the acidity cannot be checked, the dryer filter of the system should be replaced regularly to maintain the dryness of the system in a normal state。 

 2) Pollution index: If 100ml of chilled oil contains more than 5mg of pollutants, it is recommended to replace the chilled oil。

  3) Water content: more than 100ppm, need to replace the chilled oil。 

2.Replacement cycle: 

Generally, the lubricating oil must be checked or replaced every 10,000 hours of operation, and after the first operation, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil and clean the oil filter once in 2500 hours。

Because the residue of the system assembly will accumulate in the compressor after the official operation。Therefore, the lubricating oil should be replaced once every 2500 hours (or 3 months), and then replaced regularly according to the cleanliness of the system. If the cleanliness of the system is good, it can be replaced every 10,000 hours (or every year)。If the compressor exhaust temperature is maintained at high temperature for a long time, the deterioration of the lubricating oil is rapid, and the chemical characteristics of the lubricating oil need to be checked regularly (every 2 months), and it is replaced when it is unqualified。If it is not possible to check regularly, follow the table below。

   Three, freezing oil replacement operation method:

1.Replacement of refrigerated oil without internal cleaning:

 The compressor performs pump assembly, and the refrigerant of the system is recovered to the condenser side (pay attention to the minimum suction pressure of the pump assembly operation is not less than 0.5 Kg/cm2G), and the refrigerant is removed from the compressor, and some internal pressure is retained as the power source, and the chilled oil is discharged from the oil discharge Angle valve of the compressor。 

2.Replace chilled oil and clean up inside:

Discharge the oil as described earlier，After the refrigerant oil is removed and the pressure inside and outside the compressor is balanced，Loosen the flange bolts with an Allen wrench，After removing the oil filter connector and clearance hole flange (or oil level switch flange)，Remove contaminants from the compressor oil tank，And check the oil filter hole mesh is damaged，And the mud on it, pollutants, etc., blown away，Or replace the oil filter，Tighten the filter interface nut when replacing the filter，Seal well，Prevent internal leakage;Oil filter joint liner must be replaced，Prevent internal leakage;Other flange gaskets are also recommended to be updated。

Iv. Precautions:

1.Different grades of frozen oil must not be mixed, especially mineral oil and synthetic ester oil must not be mixed。

2.If you replace different grades of frozen oil, pay attention to remove the remaining original frozen oil in the system。

3.Some oils have hygroscopic properties, so do not expose the frozen oil to the air for a long time。During installation, the exposure time should be shortened as much as possible, and the vacuum operation should be carried out。 

4.If the compressor motor has burned down in the system, special attention should be paid to removing the remaining acidic substances in the system when replacing the new one, and the acidity of the freezing oil should be checked after 72 hours of commissioning and operation. It is recommended to replace the freezing oil and the filter dryer to reduce the possibility of acid corrosion。After running for about one month, check or replace the chilled oil again。

5.If there has been an accident of water in the system, special attention should be paid to remove the water clean, in addition to replacing the frozen oil, special attention should be paid to detecting the acidity of the oil, and timely replacement of new oil and dryer filters。
